The crowning glory of this home is undoubtedly the brand new kitchen, with its dark blue units, and four Eames chairs standing upon a pristine slate floor. Open the doors out into the neat garden, head through to the jazzy sitting room, with its cherry red chairs, low slung sofa and patterned rug.

The walls are hung with vintage travel posters, and the vibe is retro – giving this home an atmosphere that’s cosy and welcoming, while keeping bang on trend. The two bedrooms are a calming white, one’s a twin and one’s a double with walk-in wardrobe, and each has its own bathroom.

HOME TRUTHS

This home is on the lower ground floor and there are stairs to reach the entrance.

There is a sofabed in the sitting room which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

The super king bed in the master bedroom can also be set up as twin beds if required. Please let our Reservations team know how you want it made up.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

Your host's cleaner will come to clean the patio and outside chairs every other week. She will be there for an hour every other Wednesday, at around noon.

Guests can expect minor noise as there is construction work taking place in the home next-door, expected to last 8-10 weeks. The working hours are Monday – Friday, from 08:00-18:00.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
