Chepstow Road IX is a two bedroom, one bathroom home in Bayswater. With its crisp colour palette and many fun, modish pieces (we especially love the dining room’s sculptural table and the sitting room’s hanging chair), this home’s open-plan living area has a lovely laidback feel. The master bedroom’s another elegant-yet-relaxed space, its king-size bed surrounded by charming artworks. This part of town is full of diverse places to eat and drink – everything from traditional pubs to contemporary restaurants, popular high-street joints to upscale eateries. It’s an eight-minute walk to the nearest tube station, Royal Oak.
This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
The TV in this home does not have an aerial and thus normal channels cannot be received. However, on Demand television through the internet can be accessed.
This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers and children.
There is currently some construction work happening in the basement area of the neighbouring property.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
