Second natureTaking a leaf from its near neighbour, Regent’s Park, Northumberland Mansions has a pastoral palette. You’ll find the blue-tiled bathroom on the left of the entrance, and next door is the galley kitchen, hung with a vivid modern canvas. For the master bedroom – with a super king-size bed – head to the end of the hallway. Azure walls complement the ensuite’s green tiles, and there are more natural tones to be seen in the small courtyard, out through French windows.

On the right of the entrance you’ll find the second bedroom, where there is a Murphy bed. Next door is the bay-windowed sitting room. Floral curtains catch the eye, and there’s a pair of long cream sofas. Across the parquet floor, six can sit at the wooden dining table.

HOME TRUTHS
  • This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home is on the lower ground floor, there are stairs down from the communal entrance and no internal elevator.

  • The bed in the second bedroom is a Murphy bed, this can be folded down or alternatively used as a desk.

  • Please note that the double doors from the second bedroom, to the outside space are not in use.

  • The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.

  • This home accepts children, but does not accept babies and toddlers.

  • There is no kettle in the home but there is a boiling tap for hot water behind the small sink in the kitchen.

  • As this home is in central London and situated on the lower ground floor you may notice the faint sound of passing tube trains, particularly at night.

  • The home’s TVs do not have terrestrial channels, and are powered by Apple TV only, please have your Apple ID account handy.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
